EFFECTIVE 01 JUNE 2004, THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES ON
AUTHENTICATION SHALL BE OBSERVED:
Authentication is required when a legal document
issued in Japan will be used in the Philippines.
Please be guided by the following steps when you want a document to be
authenticated by the Philippine Consulate General:
1.
Have the documents
notarized by a Japanese notary public (koshonin yakuba);
2.
After notarization, bring
the document to the Legal Affairs Bureau (homukyoku) for authentication;
3.
After authentication by the
Legal Affairs Bureau (homukyoku), bring the document to the Japan Ministry of
Foreign Affairs (Gaimusho), Certification Section (shomei-han), for
authentication (tel. no. 06-6941-4700); and
4.
After authentication by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Gaimusho), bring the documents to the Philippine
Consulate General for final authentication.
However, please note that documents issued by
government agencies in Japan, such as Kosekitohon, Police Clearance, etc., need
not pass through a notary public (koshonin yakuba) and the Legal Affairs Bureau
(homukyoku). A certification from
the Gaimusho shall be sufficient for the Philippine Consulate General to
authenticate said documents.
A document that has been authenticated by the
Consulate, may already be legally used in the Philippines.
Note:
Documents written in Japanese have to be submitted to the Consulate with
an official English translation by a private translation firm.
The Consulate in turn verifies the translated documents.
領事認証の申請について(2004年6月1日より)
日本で作成された文書をフィリピン国内で法的な目的で使用する際には、多くの場合、在大阪―神戸フィリピン共和国総領事館による認証手続きが必要とされています。
当領事館による認証を申請される方は以下の順序で手続きをすすめて下さい。
１．公証人役場で当該書類の公証を受ける。
２．法務局での認証を受ける。
３．日本政府外務省
(大阪分室
認証課/ TEL#06-6941-4700)
から認証を受ける。
４．日本政府外務省による認証済みの書類を当領事館に提出してください。
しかし、日本政府機関から発行された公文書（戸籍謄本、裁判所発行の審判書や判決文、警察証明など）については、公証人役場と法務局での手続きは必要ありません。外務省での証明が済み次第、領事館に提出してください。領事認証を行います。
備考：
日本語で作成されている文書は英文訳を添付して提出してください。
＊民間の翻訳会社などに外注のうえ信頼できるものを添付してください。
Pinagtibay mula noong June 1, 2004 na ang mga
sumusunod na pamamaraan sa Pagpapatunay o
Authentication ng mga dokumento ang dapat sundin:
Ang Pagpapatunay o
Authentication ay isinasagawa kung ang
isang legal na dokumento galing dito sa Japan ay gagamitin sa Pilipinas.
Maari po lamang sanang gawing gabay ang mga sumusunod na paraan kung nais
ninyong magpa-authenticate ng
dokumento sa Konsulado Heneral ng Pilipinas.
1.
Mangyari lamang pong dalhin
sa Koshonin Yakuba o Notaryo Publiko
ng Hapon ang inyong dokumento upang
maipa-notaryo;
2.
Pagkaraang maipa-notaryo,
dalhin ito sa Homukyoku
o Legal Affairs Bureau para maipa-authenticate;
3.
Pagkatapos nang authentication
sa Homukyoku o Legal Affairs Bureau , dalhin ang dokumento sa
Shomei-han o
Certification Section ng
Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Gaimusho)
para maipa-authenticate. Ito po ang
numero ng kanilang telepono: 06-6941-4700.
4.
Pagkatapos nang
pagpapatunay o authentication
sa Gaimusho o Ministry of
Foreign Affairs , maari nang dalhin ang dokumento sa Konsulado Heneral ng
Pilipinas para sa authentication.
Ang dokumentong naipa-authenticate
na sa Konsulado Heneral ay maaari nang gamitin sa Pilipinas.
Mga Paalala:
Ang mga dokumentong galing sa mga ahensiya ng
pamahalaang Hapon tulad ng Koseki Tohon, Court Order, Police Clearance,
at iba pa ay HINDI na kailangang dumaan sa Koshonin Yakuba o
Notaryo Publiko at Homukyoku. Kailangan lamang itong idaan sa Gaimusho –
Ministry of Foreign Affairs bago maipa-authenticate sa Konsulado Heneral
ng Pilipinas.
Ang mga dokumentong nakasulat sa wikang Hapon (Japanese)
ay kailangang may kasamang opisyal na English translation na isinagawa ng isang
pribadong opisina ng transalation.
Pagkatapos nito, susuriin sa Konsulado ang
translation nang nasabing dokumento.
